Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Waste Maniacs LLC (“Waste Maniacs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, booking, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Waste Maniacs provides roll-off dumpster rental, junk removal, land clearing, and storm-debris cleanup in Ocala and Central Florida. Service availability, sizes, and scheduling depend on your location and our capacity.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide and are estimates until confirmed. Final pricing may change if the actual scope, debris type, or weight differs from what was described. We’ll always tell you before any change. Flat-rate prices include the agreed rental period and a weight allowance: 1.5 tons on the 12-yard and 2 tons on the 16-yard. Weight above the allowance is billed at $70 per ton (prorated) based on disposal-facility scale tickets. Heavy materials — concrete, dirt, sod, brick, tile, and roofing shingles — must be disclosed at booking and are quoted separately; undisclosed heavy loads are billed at the overage rate.

Scheduling, Delivery & Rental Period

We make every effort to deliver and pick up on the scheduled dates, but times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, access, or circumstances beyond our control. Standard dumpster rentals include a 7-day rental period unless otherwise agreed; extended rentals may incur additional charges.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide safe, legal, and accessible placement for delivery and pickup, and obtain any permits required for placement on public property.
• Do not overload the container beyond its fill line or weight limit.
• Do not place prohibited materials in the container, including hazardous waste, chemicals, liquids, paint, fuel, tires, batteries, or appliances containing refrigerant. You are responsible for charges or fines resulting from prohibited materials.
• Ensure the placement area can support the truck and container; you are responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or surfaces caused by placement you direct or approve.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or service unless other arrangements are made. Additional charges (overages, prohibited materials, extended rental, or trip fees) will be billed as incurred.

Cancellations & Changes

Let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made after a container has been dispatched or delivered may be subject to a trip or service fee.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waste Maniacs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the state or county courts located in Marion County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
